This back of the photo reads "Public Wedding, Rock Springs Park in 1908." I'm pretty sure it's from West Virginia (see the postcard here). You know there's something almost comforting in the fact that even 100 years ago people were doing stupid stuff like getting married at an amusement park.

Rock Springs Park was indeed in West Virginia, in a little river valley town called Chester at the tip of the Northern Panhandle. The couple are getting married on the bridge that crossed over the Chute the Chutes ride. The park was removed in the seventies to make way for a new bridge onramp to East Liverpool, OH. The cement bridge supports that hold up that wedding couple are still there, 100 years later, half buried in someone's front yard, behind a big sign that reads "Almost Heaven."
