WHo is this man in the picture? Is his name Emilio Messina? When was this picture taken??

Giovanna- Unfortunately, I'm not sure where this photo is at the moment but I'm sure pretty sure that the only info on the back of the photo was the name- Emilio Messina. The photo probably dates from the mid-1930s and if I had to guess I'd say it was probably taken here in Chicago (I got it at a local flea market) but I could be wrong. Hope that helps!
